Because learning a technique is the easy part. The hard part is clinical reasoning: knowing when to indicate a treatment, when to hold back, how to combine treatments, and how to decide with confidence in front of each patient.

How it works
Theoretical immersion
Fundamentals, indications, contraindications, and therapeutic combinations for each SKIMS Method modality — the reasoning behind every clinical decision. The day ends with a live Full Face demonstration, the moment theory becomes execution in front of you.
Supervised hands-on practice
You follow and take part in applying the protocols on real patients, with different complaints and degrees of complexity — including patients who have already been through the treatment, so you can observe clinical progress over time.

A dental surgeon since age 20, Dr. José Henrique built a reference position in skin treatment within just a few years of practice — especially in cases that did not respond well to conventional approaches: mature skin, melasma, and acne scars, including higher phototypes.
The SKIMS Method was born from that practice: over 4,000 procedures performed and thousands of patients treated gave rise to a proprietary protocol, with five modalities, designed to treat the skin as a whole — not as an isolated procedure.
Today, at the helm of SKIMS Academy, he has trained more than 100 professionals in Brazil and nine other countries — Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and England — teaching the method he himself applies every day at SKIMS House, in São Paulo.
He is a guest speaker at leading national and international conferences — such as BAAS, the largest aesthetics conference in Latin America, CIOSP, and Estética In — and has already led 16 Immersion cohorts: 14 in Brazil and 2 international, in Santiago and Buenos Aires, with students from across Latin America.
